February 21 Childhood Movie Memories!I got to thinking about movies the other day. My favourite movies at that. I realized that 95% of my favourite movies are 80's movies. I also realized that my taste in movies hasnt changed since I was 5 or 6! At 25 I still prefer the horror and fantasy genre over anything else, the same way I did when I was a young child. Some of my favourite movies I havent seen in years because I've been unable to find them for rent, let alone on DVD. Instead, I decided to use the net to take a trip down memory lane, looking up old movie posters and the likes.

Of course I have a few stand out favourites from the list. Labyrinth being one of them. I watched this movie over and over again as a young girl, and actually watched it again just the other day!
  I must say some of David Bowie's outfits in this movie were a bit extreme. One of which clearly shows off his "package"! Flopping around as he dances. I wonder what I thought of that when I was young...HaHaHa!
Another stand out being The Dark Crystal.
 On my 3rd Birthday I think it was, while playing around in the hallway of my Grandmothers building with a cousin, I got my face smashed into the wall. My mouth was all swollen and my Mother kept saying I looked like a Gelfling. Which are the characters you see above. I later had a tooth pulled as a result of that injury.

JM~ February 08 Long time no update...I didnt realize how long its been since I updated, until today that is. I've been busy and/or preoccupied with doctor appointments coming out my be bop boop beep. Yesterday was my 25th birthday and I'm feeling old and frumpy. I start celebrating tonight though WooHoo! Next week should be the last of my appointments for a while and I'm so looking forward it! With all the curve balls being thrown my way I just havent had the time or desire to keep up with all my online homes. Which I have too many of in the first place. Windows Live Spaces being my favourite by far though! I miss all my friends on here, and I miss visiting your pages, and reading your blogs. Once things have settled down a bit I'll eventually catch up with everyone on here. Thanx to all who are still stopping by. Big thanx to the ones who left me birthday comments!
